How Does Microneedling Work?
Needles that can be set at specific lengths to target specific areas of the skin, which produce collagen and elastin by creating many micro punctures on the skins surface.
What this will do is it ignites the skins naturally reactive healing processes, to achieve healthier and rejuvenated results after the swelling has healed on the treatment area.

Online e-learning for the theory and in-person practical training
This multi-module online course will cover all you need to know to be able to
offer Microneedling treatment confidently and safely in your clinic.
From anatomy and physiology of the skin to treatment protocols and
contraindications, the course is jam-packed with information and hint and tips!
All above learning resources must be completed before the online test is
Module 1- Health and safety; Sterilization and hygiene
Module 2 – Skin Anatomy and Physiology; Wound healing process
Module 3 – Microneedling history and principles; Pre and post
Module 4 – Skincare and protocols
DURATION – 7.5 hours + test time
CERTIFICATE – ABT Online Accredited certificate issued after course
Once online theory training is completed, practitioners can get in touch to book a practical session at one of our training centres.
The Microneedling practical training will be a hands-on session, using theknowledge you learnt during the online training.
Practical sessions are carried out in small groups to ensure that each practitioner gets the correct amount of training and hands-on experience.
The practical aspect of the training is carried out by a member of our training team who are all experienced in Microneedling and all use the device in their own clinics.

Online e-learning for the theory must be completed before you can proceed to the in-person practical training. Register for our online training portal using the button above and input your personal details.
Please note if registering as a clinic with multiple practitioners, each individual person will need their own account for certification purposes.
Once you have created your account, you will receive an activation link by email. Once the link is activated – you are ready to go! (This link must be activated within 48 hours).
Once logged in, click on course catalogue, and find the course you are looking to complete & purchase this course (Microneedling with DPM8 – theory).
You can stop and start the course as many times as you wish and will have ongoing access to the material so you can refer to in the future.

Please note that you will need to arrange a model for your practical session. Certificate is issued once you are signed off for your training, emailed and posted to you.

Vicki Hexter has been working in her own clinic since 1996 offering people skincare treatments from her base in Ilford. As a level 6 qualified aesthetician and with over 30 years experience in the industry, Vicki wanted to share her knowledge and started teaching with us at Ivanmed, training clinicians on Dermapen, CryoPen, and MELINE skin peels.
Vicki has been working closely with the Inno MELINE range, both in her own clinic and in a teaching capacity, with great results on both areas.
